A Nine-Level Switched-Capacitor Step-Up Inverter with Low Voltage Stress

چکیده

Abstract This paper proposes a nine-level switched-capacitor step-up inverter (9LSUI) which can achieve quadruple voltage gain with single dc source. Differing from other inverters, the stress of switches is effectively reduced due to elimination H-bridge, and peak inverse all kept within 2 V . In addition, proposed able integrate inductive load, capacitor self-balancing be achieved without any auxiliary circuits. Moreover, topology structure flexibly extended raise output levels, remain constant increase sub-modules in structure. Comprehensive comparisons are performed verify outstanding advantages inverter. Finally, steady-state dynamic performance validated through an experimental prototype, results provided prove theoretical analysis.
